Haircuts make everything better, at least for me. Everytime I snip them off, I feel like I'm on a new starting point again. My biggest weaknesses are being too emotional / sentimental. I don't bear to throw my old books away, not because I still need them, but because of the memories attached. But what do these memories serve to do?
Nothing.
So it's time to move on to something better.

Selfish
Was on the phone with Cherwyn and he threw me this question:
If
a) he marries me (which will make the below possible)
b) and if we have kids
c) and WE DIVORCE because he's cheating on me/whatever reasons.
what will I do?
I said I would give up the custody of the child without fighting over it because I won't want it, and I would definitely opt for a divorce because I can't stand a cheater (however ironic)
His bestie's sister (who's 25 and married with one baby) asked him that question first. And her answer for that question? Divorce + She'll fight to the end for the custody of the baby.
And he asked his mom, and her reply was: To NOT divorce and remain in the marriage though unhappy because of the kids.
How very noble. That may come across as sarcastic, but it's not. I'm just amazed by these married women in his life who are so different from me.
Different, in a much better way.
